Who we are

Galeport is a studio that builds websites, web applications, internal tools and AI integrations, and manages search and social presence for businesses. It is an unregistered sole proprietorship operated by one person in Telangana, India.

Quotes form the agreement

Every project begins with a written scope and a fixed price. When you approve that quote, it becomes the agreement for the work, and it takes precedence over anything on this website. Prices or examples published on this site are indicative; your quote states yours.

Payment

Nothing is charged until you have approved a written quote. That quote states the price, what it includes and when payment is due. Prices are quoted in Indian rupees, and any taxes that apply are shown on the quote.

Payments are collected online through a payment gateway. Galeport never sees or stores your card details. Work begins as stated in the approved quote.

What you own, and what you are licensed

Your domain, DNS records and SSL certificates are registered in your name from the start. They are yours outright, and they remain yours whether or not you continue with us. So is any content you supply, and any content written for you as part of the engagement.

The site or software itself is licensed to you, not assigned. On full payment you hold a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, host and modify the delivered work for your own business, including the right to have another developer work on it. You may not resell it, or license it on to anyone else as a product of your own.

Galeport retains ownership of the underlying code and of the components, templates and techniques the work is built from. The same ones appear in other clients' projects, which is what allows the work to be priced as it is.

If your project requires full assignment of the code instead of a licence, tell us before work starts. It is quoted separately.

Support

Thirty days of changes after launch are included at no cost, as published on this site. Work beyond that window is quoted separately before it starts.

AI assessments

A paid AI assessment produces a written report that is yours whether or not you go on to build. Where implementation follows, the assessment fee is credited in full against it.

Liability

We provide the services described in your agreed quote. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
