Output: a short written summary of what to build

Agree the scope
A written proposal sets out the deliverables, the price, the review points and the schedule.
Output: a proposal for you to approve

Build and review
You see a working version and test it with real tasks before approving it.
Output: an approved build

Launch
Everything goes live in your business’s name. You receive the logins and a short guide.
Output: logins, a guide, and everything in your name

Support
Thirty days of corrections are included. After that, ongoing support is optional.
Output: a support agreement, if you want one
